In miniature, the students who presented their theses were Fareeha Nazneen, Hifza Sakina Akber, Hira Zubair, Mariam Kundi and Naireen Zia Butt. In painting, the students included Ayesha Kamal Khan, Mobeen Salman Ansari and Xaineb Khan. In sculpture, the students included Myra Javed and Mohammad Zeeshan Younas. In printmaking, the students included Anuje Farhung, Kanza Sajid and in ceramics Mishaal Iqbal presented her thesis. Black Raku, a traditional Japanese art, had been included for the first time at the NCA, Rawalpindi Campus.

The judges of the fine arts included former NCA principals Professor Salima Hashmi and Nazish Ataullah in addition to renowned artist Naiza Khan. In fine arts, four students were given distinction and four given honours.
